Patrick Ottley O’Connor
Patrick is the Executive Principal of North Liverpool Academy & the Northern Schools Trust. He has been a senior leader for 25+ years, including 15 years as a Principal/Executive Principal in secondary, primary and special schools
Patrick coaches many aspiring, new and experienced headteachers and CEOs, particularly those facing significant challenge both in the UK and internationally.
He leads and facilitates a variety leadership programmes, including the NPQ programmes ranging from Middle to Executive Leadership courses. He is a DfE coach for the Women Leading in Education initiative. Patrick is also a Trustee of the Wardle Trust and founding Director of Collaborative Leadership Ltd.

Jeremy is the happy Headteacher of Three Bridges Primary School in West London, an innovative and successful school that serves a highly disadvantaged population. He writes regularly for UK education publications, speaks nationally about school leadership, teacher well being and unorthodox school improvement in between completing his doctorate at the University of Exeter.
Jeremy is passionate about supporting schools, leaders and teachers to challenge the corporate style management and redefine what it means to lead an Incredible School. Three Bridges has eliminated or redesigned all monitoring, scrutiny and observations processes, leading to a substantial increase in results, retention and professional growth.
